Driving Directions

MDR Rehab is conveniently located at 1011 Coombs St in Napa, in the heart of California's celebrated wine country.

• From San Francisco (approx. 50 miles north): Take I-80 East across the Bay Bridge, then exit at CA-37 West toward Vallejo/Napa. Merge onto CA-29 North into Napa. Exit at 1st Street, turn right, then right onto Coombs St. Our facility will be on your right.
• From Sacramento (approx. 60 miles west): Take I-80 West toward San Francisco. Exit at CA-12 West (Jameson Canyon Road) and continue onto CA-29 North into Napa. Exit at 1st Street and proceed to 1011 Coombs St.
• From Sonoma (approx. 14 miles east): Take CA-12 East / CA-121 East toward Napa. Merge onto Soscol Avenue, then turn left on 1st Street and right on Coombs St. Our campus is easily accessible from downtown Sonoma in under 25 minutes.
• From Los Angeles (approx. 400 miles): Take I-5 North to I-580 West, then I-80 East to CA-37 West and CA-29 North into Napa. We are happy to coordinate transportation for patients traveling from Southern California.

Our facility welcomes patients from Napa, American Canyon, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga, Vallejo, Fairfield, Sonoma, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and throughout Napa County, Solano County, Sonoma County, and Marin County.

We also serve patients traveling from throughout California and neighboring states. Our admissions team can assist with travel coordination and transportation arrangements to make your arrival at our Napa campus as seamless as possible.
